This was part of a project that was done in collaboration with Crate & Barrel. The Charles desk looks towards mid-century modern, and especially Danish modern design for its form. Constructed from black walnut and brass plated cast legs, the materiality of the design complements current Crate & Barrel products including the Cue and Alfa chairs. The benching system incorporates a modular storage solution for clients to have as much customization as possible when they are building their perfect office space. This customization not only gives every office worker some options in terms of their workflow, but also allows for each workstation to have a personal, unique characteristic.
